APPLE WATCH NIKE+ HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION
Welcome to worry-free holidays. All Apple Watch Nike+ purchases made between November 14 and December 25, 2018, can be returned until January 8, 2019. So you can shop early—and relax later.
If you bought your Apple Watch Nike+ from Nike.com, you can return it to us for any reason within 14 days of delivery by simply following these steps:
- Unpair your watch. Before returning your Apple Watch Nike+, you need to unpair it from your iPhone using your phone's Apple Watch app. Please note: Apple Watches sent to Nike but still paired to an iPhone will be returned.
- Contact us. We'll make sure your watch has been unpaired and send you a prepaid return label to return your watch.
- Send us your return. Put the Apple Watch Nike+, Nike Sport Loop or Band, charging cable, and USB power adapter back in the original box. Pack that in a shipping box, apply the return label, and drop the box at any UPS location.
How do I unpair my Apple Watch Nike+ from my iPhone?
You can find step-by-step instructions to unpair your watch on Apple's website. Before you can unpair your watch, you may need to remove the activation lock.
Can I download a return label for an Apple Watch Nike+ on Nike.com?
At this time, you must contact us to receive a return label for your Apple Watch Nike+. You also have the option of returning an Apple Watch Nike+ purchased on Nike.com to a Nike retail store, as long as the watch is unpaired from your iPhone.
Can I return AppleCare+?
Yes, you can return AppleCare+ up to 14 days after purchasing it. Please contact us so we can help you with the return.
What if I bought my Apple Watch Nike+ at a Nike retail store?
You can return it to any Nike retail store within 14 days of purchase. When you do, make sure the watch is unpaired and the activation lock is removed.
Can I return an "Open Box" Apple Watch Nike+?
Apple Watch Nike+ Open Box products are sold as-is, are final sale, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or AppleCare+. Defective products may be returned, but please give us a call for further instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and processed your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within two business days, but it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund.
