For Nike store purchases of Apple Watch Nike, we've temporarily extended our standard 14-day return period. If the Nike store you purchased at closed within 14 days of your purchase, we'll accept returns up to 14 days after the store reopens. Please see our store locator for the latest store information.

If you bought your Apple Watch Nike from or in any of the Nike apps, you can return it to us for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To return, you’ll need to follow a few steps:

  1. Unpair your watch.
    Before returning your Apple Watch Nike, you must unpair it from your iPhone using your phone's Apple Watch app (any returned Apple Watches that are still paired to an iPhone will not be accepted). You can find unpairing instructions on Apple’s website. You may have to remove the activation lock before unpairing.
  2. Start your return.
    Use the buttons below to start your return. Nike Members will get a pre-paid UPS shipping label. If you purchased as a guest, you’ll get an address label, but please note that you’ll need to pay the shipping costs. For more information, check out our step-by-step return instructions.
  3. Ship your return.
    When you ship your return, be sure to include the Apple Watch Nike and the original box, the Sport Band or Loop included with your watch, and the USB adapter.


Can I return my Apple Watch Nike purchased on at a store?
Yes, you can return an Apple Watch Nike purchased on to a Nike retail store, as long as the watch is unpaired from your iPhone.

Can I return my Apple Watch Nike without the original box?
No, watches returned without the original box may not be accepted.

Can I return AppleCare+?
Yes, you can return AppleCare+ within 14 days. Please contact us so we can help you with the return.

What if I bought my Apple Watch Nike at a Nike retail store?
You can return it to any Nike retail store within 14 days of purchase. When you do, make sure the watch is unpaired and the activation lock is removed.

Can I return an "Open Box" Apple Watch Nike?
Apple Watch Nike Open Box products are sold as-is, are final sale, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or AppleCare+. Defective products may be returned, but please give us a call for further instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue your refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.
