WHERE'S MY REFUND?
After we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund. Most Nike gift cards and product vouchers will reflect the refund within 24 hours (you can check your balance online).
How do I check the status of my return?
Just use your order number and email address to sign in to our order status page and check the status of your return. Once we’ve received your returned items, we’ll be able to update your return status based on where we are in the process.
