All orders placed between November 1, 2018, and January 14, 2019, have an extended 60-day return period (some exceptions apply).
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you buy online or in-store, we provide you 30 days to take your Nike, Hurley, and Converse purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days. That even includes custom NIKEiD sneakers. No questions asked, and no shipping costs for NikePlus Members. And after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

How do I return a purchase from a Nike, Converse, or Hurley store?
Simply take the items you want to return, a valid ID, and your receipt (if you have one) to any location of the same brand store. Your return options vary based on the type of receipt you have:
- Original store receipt: Exchange or refund to your original form of payment.
- Gift receipt: Exchange or store credit.
- No receipt: Exchange or store credit for the current price—requires store manager approval and the items must be unworn and unwashed.
NikePlus Members who provide their email address during store purchases enjoy easy, receipt-less returns. Members also have the option to download a return label to ship a store purchase back, rather than return it to a store.
How do I return defective or flawed product?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your product is defective or flawed, and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please see our claim and warranty information.
While shopping in store, you may have the option of shipping an item to a store to pick up. If you are unable to pick up the order within 30 days, we will return your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
