DO NIKE SHOES HAVE A WARRANTY?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or apparel have a material or workmanship flaw, we want to make it right and get you back in the game.
- Nike.com: You may return your Nike.com order up to 30 days after your purchase—free of charge for NikePlus members—for any reason. You can also start a return online if your Nike shoes or apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, which can be found on the tag of your shoes or clothes.
- Nike Retail Store: Please return your shoes to the Nike store for assistance. If you cannot visit in person, contact the store to discuss your options. If you provided the email address associated with your NikePlus membership at the time of purchase, you may also be able to start an online return.
- Nike Authorized Store: Please return your shoes to the original place of purchase. We work with authorized retailers to accept returns for products with a material or workmanship flaw. If you cannot return your shoes to the original place of purchase, you can file a claim.
Some Nike products do have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. For those cases, please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.
