HOW DO I RETURN MY NIKE.COM ORDER?
1. Place your items and the return form in their shipping box.
2. Peel and stick the return label to the outside of the box.
3. Drop the box at any UPS location.
We make returns easy. That's because we want you to go for a trial run with your new shoes and gear, confidently knowing you can easily return Nike, Hurley, and Converse purchases on Nike.com for any reason within 30 days.* Simply follow the steps above (or see below for additional options) to send your order back, no questions asked. And remember, we always cover the return shipping cost for NikePlus members.
I don't have a return label—what should I do?
If your order did not include a return label, or if you've misplaced or discarded the label, you can sign in to download a return label, we can email or mail you a return label, or you can return your items to a store.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. Please see Nike refund information for additional details.
Can I return my Nike.com order to a Nike store?
Yes. Please see our store locator for a store near you. Note that all Nike stores accept Nike, Converse, and Hurley items ordered from Nike.com, but Converse and Hurley stores only accept Converse and Hurley products, respectively. Please also note that Nike.com orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to a Nike gift card when returned to a store.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your item by giving us a call at 1-800-806-6453. You can also take your Nike.com order to a Nike store for an in-store exchange.
Can I return something I received as a gift?
Absolutely. If you want to return a gift that was purchased for you on Nike.com, give us a call at 1-800-806-6453 and we’ll issue you a refund on a Nike gift card.
Can I return my Nike By You shoes?
Yes, our Nike By You shoes are included in our return policy. You’ll just need a return label to get started (see above).
Can I return items after 30 days?
Yes, as long as the items are unworn and unwashed. Refer to our return policy for more information and some exceptions.
How do I return defective or flawed product?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your product is defective or flawed, and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please see our claim and warranty information.
