Yes, the Nike employee-led Nike Community Impact Fund (NCIF) is focused on investing in the neighborhoods where we live, work, and play. Local organizations working to drive positive, lasting change and make play possible for all kids can apply for grants. The NCIF then uses local volunteer committees made up of Nike teammates to review the applications and make recommendations on awarding the grants.
