But all the trophies, medals and accolades are just fuel to fire her true cause—creating a space where everyone wins. Whether she’s taking a knee for racial justice or standing up for equal pay in women’s soccer, Megan has always leveraged her status to better the position of others. Now she’s spreading her message through a new collection with Nike called Victory Redefined. ## “Victory Redefined means sharing the spotlight and valuing people for who they are. When we appreciate, value and trust each other, that's when we get the best out of everyone.” Megan Rapinoe  With this collection, Megan is encouraging people everywhere to translate their personal wins into bigger wins for the broader community. Leading by example, Megan is sharing her spotlight to speak up for those who don’t always get the microphone. ## “My biggest goal is to redefine what it means to be successful as an athlete,” she says. “I love playing soccer and it's given me so much. But the most amazing thing it's given me is a platform that I can express myself and fight for the things that I love.” Megan Rapinoe  That's why she's pushing for victory to be more inclusive. For Megan, true victory celebrates diversity and acknowledges the collective effort needed to succeed. And she's the first to admit she is just one part of her success. "Obviously, I'm the one out there playing on the field," she says.
