I ordered a women’s black sz 7 and they rubbed the side of my foot. I felt if I kept them they would irritate my feet. I exchanged them for a 7.5 in the purply rainbow color way and they fit perfectly. I tried some deadlifts and sumo squats in these babies and I absolutely love how comfy they are. Nike shoes (except dunks) fit TTS, so half size up if you’re between sizes. I love the arch support and padding in the heel.

I bought the Metcon Free 6 because I was trying to replace my Metcon Free 5, but returned them because I was so disappointed with the changes to the updated model. The weird tongue on this 6 makes adjusting them to my narrow-ish (but not very narrow) feet impossible. Whereas the 5s fit perfectly, these 6s gape at the sides when trying to lace them to fit my feet. I hope the next iteration fixes this weird fit, or at least makes a narrow option.
