I use them for HIIT almost daily and they are not loose based on the design. Good for jumping and rope too. I have narrow feet, true to size and good for balance and weight lifting because of the shape. Black and white goes with everything so hope they last

This is the first time that I’ve ever wore this kind of shoe and I’m very pleased that I bought them. They fit better than the 270s do there’s enough wide room for a wider top foot and it comes with the air support for those of you who don’t have good archers like I don’t…. It’s my favorite shoe in the house…… best thing I’ve ever bought
