Pick It Up

You can have your order shipped (via standard shipping) to a convenient pickup location near you.

During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag, enabling you to select the shipping speed that works best for your needs.

Here are the costs for each of the options we offer:

Standard Shipping

  • Nike Members: Free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders less than $50
  • Guests: Free for orders of $75 or more, $8 for orders less than $75

Expedited Shipping

  • Nike Members: $15
  • Guests: $20

Express Shipping

  • Nike Members: $25
  • Guests: $30

Please note, expedited and express shipping may not be available for every order.

Nike Store Pickup

Nike Members and guests: Free same-day in-store pickup for eligible orders at participating Nike stores.

Ship to a Pickup Location

Nike Members and guests: Standard shipping fees apply to ship your order to a convenient pickup location.

Additional Information

  • Nike Members must sign in during checkout to automatically get free shipping on qualified orders.
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
  • Standard and expedited shipping times do not apply to Nike By You and Converse Custom orders.
  • Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.
  • We don't offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or freight forwarding services.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total after any discounts or promotions and before taxes.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Which carrier is delivering my order?

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as fast as possible. You can see which carrier(s) will deliver your order when you track your package(s). Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.

How long will it take to get my order?

During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We do our best to deliver your items on this date, but occasionally your items may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date. When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the package.
