Can I Have My Nike Order Shipped to a Pickup Point?

Yes, if you prefer to have your order delivered to a convenient secure location, you can have eligible Nike orders shipped to a pickup point.

It's easy to arrange—just follow these steps:

  1. Shop the Nike App or Nike.com and head to checkout.
  2. Select "Pick Up" to see if your items are eligible to ship to a nearby pickup point.
  3. If your order qualifies, select your preferred location and place your order.
  4. We’ll email you when your order ships and include tracking information.
  5. Once the shipment arrives at the location, we’ll notify you with an email, and you'll have seven days to pick up your order.

How do I know if my order can be shipped to a pickup point?

You’ll be able to select a pickup point location at checkout if all of the items in your bag are eligible. If any of your items are not eligible, you'll receive an "Unavailable" message after selecting a pickup point, and you'll need to select a different shipping option. Note that Nike By You sneakers are not eligible to ship to a pickup point.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at a pickup location?

Your order will be shipped via standard delivery to the pickup location. We'll show you an estimated delivery date during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

If you’d like your order sooner, check if your items qualify for same-day pickup at a Nike store.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Just bring a government-issued ID to pick up your order.

What if I don't pick up my order within seven days?

If you are unable to pick up the delivery within seven days, it will be returned to us, and we'll issue a refund.

Can someone else get my order for me?

For your protection, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. But don’t worry, we’ll hold your items for seven days, giving you plenty of time to swing by.
