They are cute but seen them took for shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems like a nice swimsuit but I did not realize it was a bathing suit. Nothing it the description states that it is. I saw it had a liner but some shorts I have do have liners. The pictures have it paired with tshirts, sneakers, and hoodies so I assumed it was a pair of shorts. When I received this item the tag said swim.
