It is decieving when you use model as guide for size. 5’11 and its medium? I am 5’5 and pick medium. It is tight!!!! If you wanted to have the fit like the model size up or 2 size up!

Comfy, but for gym? Idk

This is a great casual shirt, i like it but for all my short kings, it’s too long from the waist down, can honestly go past the glutes, the shirt does sit perfectly on the shoulders but again the sleeves do go alittle past your biceps. The sweat does show up more on the lighter color shirts, but it does dry up a decent amount of time, so from Gym to Errands? I wouldn’t.
