Love, love, love this mat! 10/10!! 1. She is heavy duty, thick, and juicy!! Your knees will find comfort in table top. I’ve bought cheap (5 and below) and expensive (Yoga Lab) mats and nothing tops this mat. 2. She is big!! She puts all other mats to shame; in sphinx pose, I have ample space. 3. Glossy, but not slippery. Your hands and feet will remain rooted! 4. She looks and feels as if she’ll last a lifetime:) This is your “Islands in the Stream” kinda mat, she will grow with you! Definitely worth the money and highly recommended by your spicy yoga instructor!!

For many reasons I’d recommend this Matt!! The size is perfect, a bit larger than a typical mat. The nonslip makes for sturdy asanas and the cushion is very strong and soft!!

I can honestly say it’s been about 3 weeks and I’m inlove with this mat. Sleek, comes clean quickly and not as heavy as other brands. I wish it came with a strap but it fits right ontop of my gym bag perfectly.
