Can I Buy Online and Pick Up at a Nike Store?

Yes, we offer same-day pickup for products available at participating Nike stores. It's free, easy, and fast—items are generally ready for pickup within two hours.

Choose Store Pickup At Checkout

  1. Shop Nike.com or the Nike App and head to checkout.
  2. Select "Pick Up" to see if your items are available for same-day pickup at a nearby Nike store.
  3. If your items are available, select your preferred participating store and confirm your contact information.
  4. We’ll prepare your order, usually within two hours, and email you a QR code when it’s ready.
  5. Head to the store within seven days to pick up your order: Go to the store’s pickup desk, provide your photo ID and the code to scan, and take the handoff.

Shop for Items Available for Store Pickup

Even before you’re ready to check out, we make it easy to see which specific items are available to pick up in a store. Here’s how:

  • Shop your store: You can select a specific store near you and then browse items available for pickup.
  • Shop by category: As you browse categories or search results on Nike.com and in the Nike App, you can toggle on "Pick Up Today" to select your preferred store. You’ll then see which of the items you were looking at are available for store pickup.
  • Shop by item: On the information page of any item you’re interested in, select your color and size, then use the "Pickup" section (just below the size and shipping sections) to see which stores have it available for pickup.

Keep in mind that no matter how you shop for same-day store pickup, you'll still need to select "Pick Up" as your delivery method when you’re ready to check out.

How do I know if my order qualifies for store pickup?

You’ll be able to select an eligible Nike store at checkout if all of the items in your bag are available at a store near you.

I see additional pickup options during checkout, can I pick up somewhere other than a Nike store?

Yes, you do have the option to pick up your order at locations other than a Nike store. Those types of orders are shipped via standard delivery, so it takes the usual shipping time before your order is ready for pickup. Please see our pickup point information for additional details. And if you want same-day pickup, make sure you select a Nike store.

How long will you hold my order?

Sometimes your day requires calling an audible or two. We get it, so we’ll hold your order for seven days. Come in when it works for you. We’ll even send you an email reminder.

If you don’t pick up your items within seven days, we’ll automatically cancel the order and process a refund.

What if I don’t have my QR code with me?

It’s not a big deal, you can scan your Member Pass in the Nike App.

Can someone else get my order for me?

For your protection, we’ll only release orders to the person who placed it. But don’t worry, we’ll hold your items for seven days, giving you plenty of time to swing by.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order just like any other Nike order—just follow our return instructions.
