Great running shoes, much lighter than the Zoom Fly 5 and I like how they changed the heel so it's less bulky than the 5's. The actual color is more grey than black and really cool to see the metallic Nike emblem. This is my 3rd pair of Zoom Fly 6's, getting about 200-250 miles on them before replacing.

I bought them for my partner, who is a long time Nike Zoom running shoe fan. He has had 5+ years of this product and whilst tried other running shoes this is the best one for him. This new design works perfectly for him. The bounce for road running is just right. Mid price range so affordable for frequent purchases.
Cushioned trainer for speed workouts

It’s a good shoe and sits between a recovery run shoe like the Pegasus and the racing shoe like the alphafly. So it use for intervals and tempo runs. Feels comfortable enough for long runs. Not as good as the old tempo next% though, but I haven’t had it long.
