Overall I think the shoes are good quality and definitely help in performance but I can only wear them for about 3 miles before they start hurting the ball and outside of foot. I think they are pretty narrow and a it becomes apparent after a few miles wish Nike had more wide options for models with the flyplate tech.

Very comfortable and light,feels like I’m walking on a trampoline. I’m sure these will take stress off of knees and feet while on my fitness journey. Great job Nike please keep this formula in rotation
