Been searching and testing out multiple running shoes that caters to my feet and running style and I believe that I finally found it in the Streakfly 2. Feels low to the ground with great cushion. I love the carbon fiber plate it comes with, I can feel the energy return, leading to less fatigue on my legs. Fit is snug, just how I like it. So if you’re a wide footer, I would get half size up if anything. Huge upgrade from the 1st Streakfly. Very satisfied, will be looking at another colorway in the future

Great next-gen racing flat. Very squishy, but it somehow has great energy return. I’d prefer the foam to be more firm for the faster efforts I do in this shoe, but I don’t think the squishiness impacts energy return. you will not heel strike in these if you run how you’re supposed to in them, so the heel foam is just about useless—I’d like them to chop more of that off. For reference, I’m doing 5:00/mi intervals in these. Lugged grip is awesome for a wet track. DO NOT PURCHASE if you have bad mechanics/are slow. These are not for you. I run in a 9 across all Nikes and Saucony, and these fit similar.

I bought these shoes last week. They’re super light, well-designed, and breathable. However, my expectations for Nike products are much higher, as I’ve been wearing Nike shoes for over 20 years. I was surprised to see them tearing apart at the heel after just one 5K run, especially since I’m not even a heel striker. The shoes were basically done after one use! The heel plastic is too soft. So, how am I supposed to use them for an entire year?
