A very light, spike-like shoe that offers solid cushioning and is a great choice for forefoot and midfoot strikers. It has a carbon plate and offers solid durability. (Recommended time to wear is raceday or serious time trials)

Used them for 2 weeks for track and fell apart, but when I used them before they fell apart feels like nothing is on your foot
