These Nike running shoes are lightweight and well-cushioned. I’m coming off a serious foot injury, and they’ve helped reduce strain by not feeling heavy. Their performance has been excellent, and with a 5K coming up, these shoes give me a lot of confidence.

I would give these a 4.5/5 I train in a 3 mm drop shoe so I really enjoy this being close to that. So very light and springy. The fastest shoe I have ever used easily. They are very narrow and fit my feet well. I know they are a “race shoe” but that still doesn’t justify the wear after 1 short run. I’m 115lb and a forefoot striker. My Vaporfly are much more durable. I bought 2 pairs so I can do harder workouts in one and have another just for races. If they could make this shoe a little more durable, this would have been a 5 star review.
