I'm a 8.5 for everyday use so I order a 9 and it was perfect for running. My last pair felt way bigger then these. Snug but not restrictive. Ran 3 miles on them to " break " them in, made me think I should've made the switch a long time ago. Definitely a good investment if you run often. The sole are stiff but soft enough where it doesn't bug you. I tell you this, my legs felt less beat up now.
Sneakers seem well made, and very comfortable.
