This sports bra is very comfortable however those with a small cup size should maybe size down. Raising arms can cause band to raise up. I would wear this for an activity that my upper body wouldn’t move a lot.

This Nike sports bra is perfect for sports that require less support for your chest. I used this while playing some golf as well as around town running errands. The fabric is super smooth and comfortable. The design of this sports bra helps me feel supported while the strap placement did not allow the straps to fall off my shoulder like so many of my other bras do. I would say it fits a little smaller so size up if you think you’d be more comfortable. The chest could use a bit more elasticity to make pulling over my head easier.

This is a great bra for low-mid impact activities like yoga, lifting weights, and hiking. It was really comfortable for those types of activities, with enough support without feeling too restrictive feeling. I liked how soft the fabric felt and how breathable it was during exercises. As a B32, on the more petite side, the small was a perfect fit. The design of the sports bra was also very flattering on. I would definitely purchase additional pairs.
