The wave-like traction pattern is a series of cascading studs, so it engages more surface area of the Air Zoom unit while also providing the appropriate amount of grip. The biggest stud is the same height as our traditional middle studs, so traction is not compromised. We paired the wave-like traction with evolved chevron and blade studs to help you stop when making quick cuts.

My son says that this vapor style is better for his mid-field position and also he was pleased that they were easier to put on and take off. He also mentioned that the colors look better than he expected from the pictures. He was very pleased.
