They are true to size so I recommend sizing up if your player wears thick socks or if they haven’t already started their season and are anticipated to grow rapidly from puberty. I got some for my nephew and while he is so excited for them, his dad wants me to exchange them for a larger size because he will be starting in about 5 months and will probably grow a bit by the end of his season at the end of the year
