Flexibility: High
The more flexibility that you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
Stability: High
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.

The Nike Women's Metcon 6 Training Shoes have been a game-changer for my wife as she's transitioned into working out during her postpartum recovery. Comfort has been a big deal for her, especially in the heel area, and these shoes delivered. The supportive, stable heel and breathable mesh upper make intense workouts much more manageable. She's repeatedly mentioned how much more comfortable these are compared to her previous pair, making them a very welcome upgrade. Great support, solid construction, and a fit that works with her recovery and fitness goals. Highly recommend for any woman easing back into training with a focus on both performance and comfort.

I work a pretty hands on and physically active job, so when push comes to shove these shoes have been GREAT! My knee doesn't hurt nor does it give out on my during the day!
