Nike Alate Medium Support

The Alate longline is an incredible product! I went from wearing regular bras to tossing them all out! Whether it’s all day wear or a workout, this bra is so comfortable and supportive! I love the longline as it hides the little extra fluff. The adjustable straps are amazing also! I recently wore it on a super long run 14 miles and there’s no chafing, the straps didn’t fall down and I wasn’t hot! There’s little holes to help with airflow which are amazing if you sweat a lot like me. I also wore it all day at work and it just moves with your body! I work with children so I don’t get to sit much and I can even tell I have a bra on. It’s super lightweight and breathable! I will be buying this in all the colors!!!

I was extremely impressed with the Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra. The fit is incredibly comfortable — snug without feeling too tight, and it moves naturally with my body. The longline design offers great additional coverage and feels very secure during high-movement activities. The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

I love the fabric and versatility of this bra. The fabric is super soft and the straps detach to crisscross or wear over the shoulder depending on the style of shirt you’re wearing. Also for a medium support bra this one feels like something I could easily do high impact training in or go for a light jog. The only drawback is really for C-cup girlies. If you typically wear a C cup don’t get the XS, especially if you have extra skin from 6+ years of nursing (definitely runs small) my breasts were flattened and I had spillage under my arms. I would give this product a 5 star if the fitting was better.
