Here’s how it works: If you purchased an item on Nike.com or in the Nike App, we’ll adjust the price you paid to a lower price if an eligible Nike promotion or sale lowers the price of the item within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify for a price adjustment, the lower-priced item must be in stock and available on our website and must be exactly the same as the original—meaning the same style number, SKU, color, and size.

To request a price adjustment, please have the product details, price, and Nike.com website information available for verification. Contact us within 14 days of your Nike.com or Nike App purchase. We’ll verify that the item is eligible for the sale or promotion, and then provide a refund for the price difference.

• To receive a price adjustment, you must be a Nike Member.
• Price adjustments are limited to digital purchases only and the price difference must not be due to a change in shipping rates or sales tax.
• All product and website information used for verification must be current, active, and not contain any pricing errors.
• The Nike Member price adjustment does not apply to the following:
  • BOGO (buy one, get one free) promotions, sitewide promotions, final sales, rebates, gifts with purchase, loyalty programs, credit rewards, coupons, birthday offer, employee discounts, or pro pass
  • Custom products, Nike By You, out-of-stock styles, or products subject to backorders or pre-orders
  • Any sample, demo, defective, Nike Refurbished, or pre-owned products
  • Products imported from outside the United States
  • Products purchased at another retailer
  • Products found at a lower price only in a Nike or authorized retailer brick-and-mortar store
  • Products sold in the SNKRS App
  • Products discounted by Nike promo codes issued in error or as a consumer courtesy, obtained in a manner not intended by Nike, or that are otherwise limited for future use only
• Once verified for an eligible price adjustment, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
• Only one price adjustment per product.
• Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply, including without limitation our Terms of Sale.
• Void where prohibited.
• Price eligibility and verification decisions are in Nike’s sole discretion.
• Price adjustments are offered by Nike as a consumer courtesy. Nike reserves the right to refuse price adjustments, cap the maximum number of price adjustments allowed per customer, and/or cancel or modify these terms at any time.
