Once you place your preorder, we’ll keep you updated on your order’s status. Once the preorder period closes, we begin making your order. Specific preorder details can be found on the product page.

When will I be charged for my order?

We’ll collect payment when you place your order.

How do I check my order status?

We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates as we make your item and ship to you. If you made your preorder purchase on SNKRS please check your email. If you made your purchase on swoosh.nike you can check your order status on your .Swoosh order page.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Preorder purchases on swoosh.nike, have a 30-minute cancelation period once it has been submitted. After 30 minutes, you will no longer be able to cancel.

Preorder purchases made in SNKRS are final and can't be canceled.

Can I return my order?

All pre-order sales are final.

What if something happens to my order during transit?

If you have an issue with delivery of your items, please contact us for help.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Unfortunately, we cannot support exchanges for pre-ordered products.

Can I change my address before my order ships?

Yes! Contact us if you need to change the shipping address for your order.

Be aware that addresses can’t be changed to a region or country outside of where the order was originally placed.
