SNKRS Reserve is a Nike Pre-Order experience that gives more Nike Members a chance to score some of our most exclusive drops in their size. Because Reserve releases are made-to-order, your size will be available as long as the Reserve window is open. Once the pre-order window closes, we’ll make your order and ship them directly to you.

In addition to guaranteeing your size, SNKRS Reserve also helps to support our sustainability efforts. Because we know exactly how many items we’re making, we can significantly reduce product and material waste during the production process.
We'll collect payment when you successfully reserve your size and see the confirmation screen. We'll also send an order confirmation email with your payment details.
Yes, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order in the SNKRS App. To cancel, tap on the "Profile" tab to locate your order in your "Reserve History" and tap the "Cancel Order" button.
After 30 minutes, orders can't be canceled.
Production times will vary by style and materials used, but we'll provide the shipping date on each style's product detail screen and in your order confirmation. If there are any productions delays we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If we do not fulfill an order on time, you’ll have the option to cancel your order. We’ll communicate the new delivery timeframe, so you can make the choice to continue to wait or cancel. If you wish to cancel, please contact us.
You can view your order status by going to your profile in the SNKRS App and tapping “Reserve History.” Be aware that the status won’t change until your shoes are complete and shipping to you. Once they do ship, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order.
Since all SNKRS Reserve items are made-to-order, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
Since SNKRS Reserve orders are made-to-order, they cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you choose the correct size.
Yes, you can change your SNKRS Reserve order's shipping address by contacting us before production starts. If you need to change it, don't wait to contact us.
Please note that the new address must be within the same state as the original address entered during checkout.
