How Do I Return My Nike Order?

You can return most Nike purchases for any reason within 60 days. Nike Members and guests can return online orders at Nike stores or ship their return back to us. Here are the details:

Return at a Store

  • Bring your return and proof of purchase to a nearby Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores). We’ll inspect the items and process your return in the store so you’ll get your refund faster than if you ship your return to us.
  • A proof of purchase can be your order number, order barcode from your order history, or the original store receipt.

Ship Your Return

  • Find the item in your order history, open the order, then select "Start Return" and follow the prompts.
  • No printer? No problem. We’ll provide Nike Members with a UPS return QR code so UPS can print a pre-paid label for you. You’ll need to box your items for shipping and bring them to UPS within 21 days of initiating the return.
  • Nike Members also have the option to print a pre-paid label themselves and drop the shipment at UPS or schedule a UPS pickup (for a fee).
  • Guests will need to print a label and ship the return with the carrier of your choice—you’ll also need to cover the shipping costs.

Please note, if you purchased Nike items at another retailer, you’ll need to return the purchase to that retailer.

What if I can’t print my return shipping label?

Nike Members can get a UPS return QR code to use at The UPS Store so they can print a label for you—just follow the steps above and select “UPS Dropoff” as your return method. After you submit the return online, you can access the UPS return code any time on your order details page: Open the order, select "View Return," then "UPS Dropoff," and then "Get a QR Code." Our return QR codes are valid for a limited time, please drop off your return within 21 days.

Can I return Hyperice items at Nike stores?

Hyperice items cannot be returned at Nike stores, except at Nike The Grove.

Where should I drop off my return?

Depending on which option you chose when submitting up your return, here’s where to drop it off:

  • UPS return code: Take your packaged return to The UPS Store and show your return code—you can find it on your order details page. You can only use the UPS return code at The UPS Store locations.
  • Printed label: You can drop it off at any eligible UPS location. Eligible locations include The UPS Store and UPS Access Points.

Tip: When using the UPS location finder, filter by location type and select either "The UPS Store" or "UPS Access Point" to see the nearest locations that fit your needs.

Guests can use their preferred carrier but will need to cover the shipping costs.

Can I exchange my order?

You can take your Nike order to any nearby Nike store, other than Nike Clearance stores, for an in-store exchange. If the store doesn’t have what you want, give us a call to set up the exchange.

I placed a Nike order through Instagram—how do I return it?

You can use your Instagram order number and the email address you used to place the order to access your order. Then follow the return steps above and ship us your return. Note that you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.

You can also return at any Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores)—you’ll just need to have your order number. Please note, Instagram orders will be refunded to a Nike gift card when returned to a store.

How do I return a gift I received?

Take the item and proof of purchase to a nearby Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores) to get a refund on a Nike gift card. If you’re not near a Nike store, you can give us a call for help.

How do I return defective or flawed items?

If you have a potentially defective or flawed item, and it’s been less than 60 days since the purchase, simply choose a return option above. If it’s been more than 60 days and your item is potentially defective or flawed, please see our warranty information for additional details.

If you have a Nike x LEGO® brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
