Personally as a track and cross country runner these arent my favorite. Theres lack of cushioning in them they feel very flat and they make me feel slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for my son who began track and field. Had to size up as they are snug fit. Truly a great shoe hor rubber track. He won 1st place in triple jump,200m and the long jump. Great shoe!
