Awesome mid to long distance spike

Great track shoes for distance runners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the first pair of track spikes for my son who is a freshman at high school. He says they are great and immediately noticed an improvement in his times over his regular running shoes. Great price compared to others so I’m happy also.

Lack of quality
Personally as a track and cross country runner these arent my favorite. Theres lack of cushioning in them they feel very flat and they make me feel slow.
