Nike Winflo 11 GORE-TEX

Overall it was a nice pair of shoes that performed ok, but it starts to have the squeaking noise from only the left shoe with each step I take. It's only 2 months after i bought it even though I have never worn it for running.

I bought these shoes mainly because they are advertised with Gore-Tex waterproof material, which made them seem perfect for winter running and rainy days. In terms of comfort and fit, they are actually very good — lightweight, supportive, and comfortable even on longer runs. However, during my very first run in light rain, my feet got wet. The water started coming through much sooner than expected, which was extremely disappointing considering the premium price and the Gore-Tex feature. I wasn’t running through deep puddles, just normal wet pavement conditions. For a shoe marketed as waterproof, this is unacceptable. I specifically chose this model to avoid exactly this situation during winter training. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend these for rainy or winter conditions.

I exchanged my defective Salomon AlphaCross that did not last a year and got these Nikes and glad I did. They are very comfortable, have better build quality and keep my feet dry. Only knock on these are that the anthracite can give the shoes a dirty appearance and the salt stains on the side of the soles but no regrets
