Super waterlogged ears

I tried to learn swimming in this swim scarf. While I love the look and fit, it traps way too much water that gets trapped in my ears-the design does not let it escape. I had to pull it back behind my ears. I'm not sure if there will ever be a hijab for swimming that does not do this. I still like it better than a turban or wrap scarf option. I think the nike logo also starts peeling quite quick.
