Other reviews also mention this. After washing the pants for the first time, the pants look as if they have bleach spots all over them. Could this be from the recycled plastic bottles that are reacting to the heat from dryer? You can rewash & the spots will come out but you have to hang dry. Very high maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, water repellent material. Not as plasticky as a full time rain pant. Find them comfortable on the course and have also used them for light hiking. Happy with this purchase. I am 5'9" 145lbs and bought size 30x30. They run roughly true to size but are slightly loose on me.
