This doesn’t work. I used them in the NYC United Airlines half marathon. It was 30 degrees outside and my hands were freezing. Once the race got started and my body warmed up I was okay but I was waiting in the corral I had to take the glove off and press my hand against my body to keep them warm. I’m from Florida so I think these gloves are geared to people who already live in the cold areas and just need a little protection.
