How This Was Made

The recycled nylon in Nike products begins as a variety of materials, including recycled carpet and used fish nets. The nylon is cleaned, sorted, and converted into flakes before undergoing chemical or mechanical recycling processes to create new, recycled nylon yarns.
Garments that use materials made from recycled nylon reduce carbon emissions by up to 50% compared to virgin nylon.

A great light windbreaker

Excellent build quality for such a light jacket. I’ve worn this so many times this winter. Handles misty mornings well, but not rain. A great windbreaker with a long sleeve shirt or long sleeve mid-layer. Kept me warm during a 29 degree morning long run with a long sleeve midlayer. And plenty warm with a short sleeve underneath in the low 40’s. Definitely recommend.

Given that it is still winter in the northeast, I have not worn it while running. The fit and looks are nice though.

Without a doubt the best running jacket I own. Thought I’d avoid waterproof jacket this time as I end up wet from sweating which makes them a bit pointless. Really light with plenty of ventilation to stop overheating. Zip up pockets and adjustable hood are also a bonus. Been through washing machine a few times with no issues. Highly recommend this jacket especially if it’s on sale
