Super thick but lightweight zipper vest. I love that it has the elastic shock cords on the sides to tighten the waist and most importantly I love that it has an adjustable hood. Personally, it is a bit too puffy for me so most of my layering will be below the vest, but with puffiness comes warmth so you won’t need to add much to stay warm. Of course, the color is perfect since it can be combined with most clothing and the material is easy to clean. Additionally, it does have two front zipper pockets that are moderately deep and are lined with with warm material. Overall, this is a great piece for everyday wear and I’m looking forward to use it on my next run! As a reference I am 4’11 and this is a size Small

I admit, I am not a fan of vests but they are great for working out and doing movement while not constricting your arms. I have the full jacket version of this vest and it has the same warm weather quality. The vest is not heavy at all and very lightweight. The pockets are roomy and it’s perfect to maintain warmth. It does not have a tight fit and allows for layering underneath but could be considered “too big” if you’re looking for a more fitted vest. I tested this out in the snow for its waterproof properties and the snow rolled off smoothly.
