The shoes, both the Sabrina 3 and the Air Force 1's we bought our son, were what we expected. What was better than expected was the customer service. Our package arrived two days later than expected, and the customer service department went above and beyond to get us a reshipped order that arrived two days later. Just in time for school. Thank you to all involved.
