A grippy overlay covers the striking area of the shoe, stretching from the big-toe side all the way across the laces to the pinky toe, allowing clean boot-to-ball kicks. The material helps give you control in damp and dry weather.
Rubber outsole provides traction for the turf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks like the big brands are more focused on the looks than performance. Good cushioning, a bit low profile toes box and run 1/2 large compared to FG version.
