How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester reduces carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfills and waterways.

These leggings are my favourite. I bought them in black and navy, and they don’t slip down at all during my workouts. They feel like a second skin, so soft and comfortable. They’re honestly the best leggings I’ve tried so far. I’ve normally always worn Adidas leggings, but I decided to give Nike a try and it’s been the best decision.
Soft, Durable, and Easy to Wear—but Light on Compression

I’ve had my Nike One leggings for over 5 years and they’ve survived everything—squats, runs, and countless workouts—and still hold up beautifully. The durability is honestly impressive. I was excited when they released the seamless version because the front seam used to bother me. These are super soft, breathable, and comfortable with zero irritation, and you can easily run a few miles in them without thinking twice. That said, the compression is very light. I was expecting more support, so that part was a bit of a letdown for me. They’re also slightly on the sheer side. Overall: very comfortable, very wearable, but not strong on compression.
