I have a real big jelly belly. My measurements matches the 4x size guide, but it didn’t wear high waisted. It kinda “cut me in half”. The good news it didn’t roll down while I worked out.

I’m normally a 18-20 in jeans and got a 2xL, they fit GREAT! But just as a heads up if you’re not used to a sculpting fit, it’s going to almost feel like they’re too small at first by just a bit but girlll, once you have them on after a while they’re so comfy

Great pair of leggings definitely holds you in! I’m 4’11 and as other reviews mention, there’s A LOT of extra material at the bottom of the pants. I definitely need mine hemmed. If you’re 5’8 these would be the perfect length. The leggings do stretch but it’s definitely a compression kind of stretch. I’m shocked I didn’t hear stitching snapping as I put mine on. I’m typically a L in Nike but I might order an XL for a less tight fitting look. I loveeee the feel of them, has a thick material feel to it for being labeled Dri-Fit. My only disappointment is that I would have liked at least a pocket on these bad boys.
