I absolutely love the feel and fit of these, and while they may not have the scrunch-butt that people love, they have a seam that still makes them flattering in the back, with no seam in the front. Definitely stay in your normal size, or so! I usually wear an XS or S, and I went with the S in these. They are still comfortable, but compressive and feel great when working out!
