Nike LD-1000 SP

The Nike LD-1000’s are absolutely sublime. They bring that retro chic look to any outfit and feel wonderful on your feet. The fabrics used are high quality and the design is retro in all the right ways. Love the design of the shoes as they stand out amongst the crowd. Probably the best feature is the heel area that slightly flairs out. If you are looking for some shoes that are comfy and stylish yet don’t sacrifice on individuality, these are it!

The Nike LD-1000 was super comfortable right out of the box! Typically, sneakers need a little bit of a "break-in" and these did not. I put them right to the test, I recently moved to the East side of Nashville and decided to wear these shoes for a day of exploring East Nashville, The Gulch, The Farmer's Market and several other areas, all in all, I was on my feet for about six hours with no discomfort or pain. It's not often that you find a shoe that is this comfortable and simultaneously takes your look to the next level, I received several compliments on the sneakers throughout the day, I simply had them paired with some khaki shorts and a t-shirt, but they just made the look pop way more. They are also versatile - I have since paired them with both athletic clothing, more wide legged dressy casual pants and even joggers, they always pull a look together and never look out of place or forced with an outfit. The classic look with modern comfort is unparalleled. I started shopping for additional colorways in these, but I am going to have to put purchasing another pair for myself on hold to calm my wife's jealously of the sneakers - I'll be ordering her a pair first! These are great shoes, and I definitely recommended!

The shoes fit true to size and have a fun profile. I like the look it adds to a casual outfit. They were not very comfortable for long periods of standing or walking.
