Nike LD-1000 SP

These shoes were great! I love the waffle outsole and the breathable uppers. They’re super comfortable and the retro style of these make them a great compliment to any casual fit. I find them to be super durable and get many compliments on them when I wear them to work. They fit true to size. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The Nike LD-1000 blends retro runner vibes with modern comfort in a way that really caught my attention—in a good way! Right out of the box, the black and white colorway feels effortlessly clean and easy to style. I’ve worn them with everything from joggers to relaxed denim, and they always manage to elevate my outfits. Comfort-wise, the cushioning is just right for everyday wear. The sole has enough give for walking or running errands, and the upper feels lightweight and breathable. I wouldn't necessarily wear them for serious training, but for casual wear around the city, they’re ideal. They do fit pretty perfectly as I wear a size 9.5 in most Nike sneakers and these were just right so I'd say that are pretty true to size. Overall, I’ve been reaching for these way more than I expected. A great everyday sneaker with an old-school twist.

This is a classic shoe that has 4 different types of materials which helps elevate your look. The laces are a thicker material which is great for wearability & longevity. The shoe fits true to size and even though the sole of the shoe looks thin, the bounce back in this shoe is amazing with each step. The shoe overall is light as well which I am not typically use to but it is nice for a lifestyle, everyday, summer/spring, maybe even early fall shoe. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the suede used on the shoe. It’s very thin & scratches/damages easy which wouldn’t be a horrible thing, in the sense of having multiple textures, if it was just on the heel of the shoe but it’s on the toe box as well. The midsole is pretty thin towards the middle & front of the shoe so I am curious to see how that will hold up being a lifestyle shoe. Overall I am pleased with the sneaker and the everyday enhancements it can bring to my style.
