The Free Metcon 6 opens your world of workout possibilities. We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights. Hits of metallic and a multicolored glow give this design a unique look.

Flexibility: High

We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.

Stability: High

We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.

Cushioning: High

Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort.

Breathable Upper

The upper is made of breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed, like lunging, squatting and jumping.

Secure Fit

Cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout.

  • Worth the buy, great for workouts especially the dreaded leg days

Love these, good arch support, nice support under the ankle and behind the foot. Love the amount of space given so your toes aren’t squished together, definitely resembles being barefoot. Extremely comfortable.

These have been my tried and true, go-to, workout shoe. Can handle anything that’s thrown at me (outside of rope climbs, I save my regular Metcons for those). My ONLY true complaint is WHY WAS THE TONGUE SEWN IN?!? I absolutely hate it. I have a narrow foot. Nike has been great for me for years and I strictly buy Nike for that reason. However, with the tongue sewn in, when I tighten the shoes to fit my foot, it gets all bunch-y on the sides and looks terrible. Loved my Free Metcon 5s. #freethetongue

  • Look closer at the design. Terrible functional design that requires you to grind your foot on the shoe just to get it on.

I loved the look of these when I saw them. They are really comfortable too...once you get them on. This has to be the worst shoe design I've ever seen. Functionally, the tongue is sewn in place and does not pull open to make room for your foot to get in the sneaker. You have to jam and grind your foot in like kids do when they are too lazy to untie their sneakers. This has to affect the life of the shoe. I'm going to try a shoe horn and see if that helps but these shoes are not fun to put on.
