CLAY GETS STUCK AND STAINS SHOE

There is a clear plastic on the front of shoe which the clay gets stuck inside and stains it. I've tried getting a toothbrush to remove the orange stain and doesn't come off. Looks horrible and gets darker after every use. Don't recommend. Pictures here are after the first use.
