My daughter loves them. I mean you can’t go wrong with a pair of all white forces.

Excellent shoes! My daughter loves them.

  • My kid suddenly thinks I'm cool?

Honestly, as a geriatric mom (at least from my childrens' perspective,) it's really hard to get anything for my kids that they actually think is cool. My 3rd grade son saw these shoes and was IMMEDIATELY excited to put them on! He loves the minimal aesthetic of the white ("it's not like little kids with a bunch of colors") and the look of the leather. They fit him perfectly, he has long narrow feet, but these do not seem too wide, as some sneakers are. He says they are very comfortable, cushy enough without being "too stiff". My son isn't a particularly sports-focused kid. He does tumbling classes and loves playing games at recess but isn't into team sports that require constant practices and competitive games. So he doesn't need a bunch of athletic gear, but these shoes let him enjoy that sporty look (and brand name) without being, like, cleats or running shoes. The look good with jeans, shorts, or track pants, and he was super excited to wear them on the first day of school. Oh, also, his father was a little bit jealous of them. So bonus points for that!
