Fit is good and doesn't fit loose, snug nor tight. I have a high arch that also translates to having a high instep on the dorsal part of my foot. This area is usually affected by shoes that hurt and ache badly. But unlike my Doc Martens, my Converse actually feel comfy due to their soft canvas material. The material allows a lot of movement and the foot to imprint and carve its own shape into them. So despite not having arch support, and the sole being thick and firm, the imprint helps my foot arch feel less stressed in the long run.
I would buy these shoes again
