If you have a wider foot or are in between sizes, definitely size up. I am a true size 9 and it definitely was snug at first try, but not because of the length of the shoe, but the strap part is cushioned so it’s thicker. but I walked around them in the house after getting them, and by the next day they fit a bit more comfortable. I think if I sized up they would become too big. Bought these to use as a quick throw on shoe for errands. Overall they are comfortable and I like them.
