At first I was a little surprised i ordered two pairs and got one but with the help of you guys amazing customer service I was quickly handled with care I got my second pair reshaped with no issues this time thank you they were a Christmas gift for my boyfriend I wish I had taken pics of the smile he had finally receiving them n they came earlier than the customer service providers said 🤞🏽
